工业级在线式低频双隔离不断电系统 Isolation UPS(单相)

采用低频电感隔离变压器来提供电压调节、噪声和谐波过滤、尖峰抑制和电流隔离 
100%台湾制造(腾旺桃园厂),内部所有零配件及数位类比IC皆无使用中国制,安全可靠。
数位化功率设计,体积更小,重量轻,节省空间、工业级千斤顶轮子方便机动移动定位。
军工防护等级,内部重要控制数位零件,采用防酸防硷防水陶瓷电路封装三防特规保护处理。
可选配多组不同交流电压输出电源,适合多台负载的应用场合使用。
可选配EPO急停按钮(附防误触保护盖),快速紧急停止电源输出。
配备干接点信号连锁功能及标准RS-232(可选配 SNMP RJ45介面)。
异常故障状态纪录,并可纪录故障信息,方便问题查询分析。
全机采用工业及模组化抽换设计,以便於快速安全更换及保养维护。
工业级机构设计及工业级零配件,双对流导流高效率散热系统,工作温度可达-40℃ ~ 55℃。
冲击电流设计,适用於电机马达类感性负载,针对其反电动势做相对应的保护功率电晶体。



系统结构 :  工业级低频双隔离全桥隔离在线式(ON-LINE UPS)

变流器为单相独立隔离抗流圈设计

内建
并联介面可以并联8套以上同步运转。

输入保护电源突波消除器

抑制电流:80KA以上      

频率50/60/400HZ反应时间小於1 nanosecond

正弦波追随率: ±20%     

箝制电压:6KV/3KA小於300VP

吸收能量:3200焦耳以上

额定电压:1相2线+地线  3相3线+地线  3相4线+地线  60HZ±5%(不用外加变压器)。

电池型式:高效能密闭式免保养免加水电池。

电池监控:具自动监测电池电压.电流.电池可用容量电位显示,以防止电池因故障无法早期预知造成电池漏液引起电池燃烧工安事故及停电无法供电之意外损失。                     

短路保护:当负载不慎发生短路时,UPS立即停止供电并持续发出警告声,以防止电线走火。

运转噪音:45~65dB (距UPS机体正面1公尺)。

LCD显示 : 显示输出入电压、电压、频率、电池电压、智能型自我诊断检测。

LED显示 : LED显示全流程.电池容量.异常显示

开关系统:可直接由面板上开关机,可在无电池或电池异常下,直接启动UPS系统供电。

通讯介面:内建式RS-232介面(可搭配SNMP RJ45连接UPS纳入远端网路监控管理)
